Sourdough Breads

We are a micro bakery based in Mumbai specialising in Sourdough Breads. All our breads are baked fresh and undergo a 36 hour fermentation. They are 100% preservative & yeast free, making it good for the gut thus allowing for better absorption of nutrients. They are also easier to digest as the gluten is broken down. We believe that good ingredients are all you knead to make great bread.
